Our instructor, Tom Hobin has been teaching Tai Chi for 15 years as well as practicing Physical therapy for 35 years 

Tai Chi consists of slow gentle movements and breathing, a movement meditation. It is known that Tai Chi is beneficial to ones health improving balance, decreasing risk and fear of falling, lowering blood pressure, improving sleep patterns, alleviating depression, supporting the immune system and beneficial for conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
