MORE progress at BIHS!
YOUR Block Island Medical Center is being renovated and expanded to serve the Island’s healthcare needs.
The basement has been gutted and new spaces are framed for physical therapy, dentistry, and ancillary services.
The expansion is closed in and work has started in the clinical area to provide 4 primary care rooms, 2 urgent care rooms, and a central care team area in between.
The new residence for our visiting medical students, residents, and visiting providers is getting its windows and roof.
