YOUR Block Island Medical Center is being renovated and expanded to serve the Island’s healthcare needs.
The basement renovation is moving quickly – we have a designated patient waiting area, new dental suites, physical therapy treatment spaces & group exercise rooms, as well as ancillary services offices & classrooms.
The Medical Center expansion’s clinical areas are taking shape with 4 primary care rooms, 2 urgent care rooms, & a central care team area.
The new residence for our visiting medical students, residents, and visiting providers is coming together faster than we expected & is looking like a great home for our guests.
