The Block Island Health Center invites the community to a special presentation by Gino Paolucci, a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner at Rhode Island Hospital’s Comprehensive Stroke Center, where he will discuss early signs of stroke and review the different types and presentations of strokes. 

The presentation will be held on Saturday, September 12^th at 4:00 pm at the Block Island Community Center. 

Early recognition of stroke is critical to saving lives and preventing long-term disability. Learn more and become better prepared to keep your family and community safe at this important event, part of Block Island Health Center’s continued commitment to educating our island community.
