The Block Island Health Center invites the community to join us for a presentation and conversation with Laura Tobin, a Care Navigator from HopeHealth on Tuesday, October 13^th at 1:30 pm at the Block Island Community Center. This presentation will give an overview of the hospice and palliative care services that the Health Center and HopeHealth provide on the island.
